2024 SSFA Annual Conference Recap

Thank you to everyone who attended the Get Together this year in San Diego.
We had 60 franchisees and over 20 corporate sponsors!

We had a solid agenda covering marketing, competition, renovation and
differentiation strategies, customer acquisition and retention, buy/sell strategies
and breakouts around our changing customer profile and biggest
challenges all drove incredible engagement from the group.
Weaved into the two days was a Q&A session with Ben Jones,
Daryl Hurst and Scott Thompson of Sola Franchise Corp.,
an expo with our unwavering partners, spotlight presentations from two of our
Diamond Partners-Comcast & Kaemark and a surprise visit from Kim Bennett,
Sola’s first salon professional and goodwill ambassador!

Good food, a few drinks and wonderful new friendships and connections were made.
Kudos again to David Vecera and his planning group
(David Aschheim, Nicole Neesen, Sherry Kudren and Austin Campbell)
for putting together a great few days.
And a BIG THANK YOU to all the panel participants and contributors!
